Job Description Summary Deliver operational and functional expertise in the assigned business to produce high quality scientific and tactical analytics and insights in the form of actionable and quality deliverables. In addition, provide functional and/or operational leadership (implementing management control of the assigned teams)   Job Description Key Responsibilities: Set and lead the strategic and operational agenda for health economic modelling within the HEOR BSI group (e.g., early and submission cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, and country adaptations), ensuring alignment with Int' HEOR & HTA LT, TAs and project teams. Lead and develop a team of 5–15 associates in Economic Modelling, building needed capabilities in health economic modelling, identify and give training, providing mentoring and coaching across teams to reinforce WoW. Partner with Int' HEOR Directors on core health economic modelling plans to support HTA, payer, and other access stakeholder assessments, submissions, and negotiations, including associated value/HTA deliverables and publications to meet business and access objectives. Provide when needed strategic, methodological, and analytical leadership to teams and countries for adaptation of economic models for local HTA submissions. In partnership with Int' HEOR Directors and Modelling Discipline Lead/Group establish and maintain systems and processes to proactively capture key HTA and payer economic/analytic requirements across major markets, using these insights to inform and prioritize modelling plans and internal deliverables in line with business needs, resources, and impact. Support Int' HEOR TAs to identify and prioritize economic modelling needs (including early models and scenario analyses) to inform IPAS, HTAP, IEPs, and BOW. Drive operational excellence by monitoring and tracking KPIs for the assigned business, leveraging data platforms, analytics, and reporting to enable continuous improvement in the operational execution and strategic impact of economic modelling activities. In alignment with Int’ HEOR & HTA LT ensure optimal deployment of resources and strong people management, including resource planning, hiring, performance management, talent development, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, scientific rigor, and operational efficiency. Ensure robust governance, compliance, and readiness for all economic modelling activities by adhering to processes, guidelines, SOPs, and project management standards, and by partnering with NVS stakeholders to codesign and evolve V&A processes, guidelines, and SOP. Minimum Requirements: Post-graduate degree (master’s or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management) Pharmaceutical domain knowledge ·MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point) 10-12 years conducting PA (PMA / HEOR / EM) research / activities for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, epidemiology, pricing analytics) · Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently ·  Proven leadership (people management and project management   Skills Desired Agility, Agility, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer-Centric Mindset, Data Analysis, Employee Development, External Orientation, Finance, Go-To-Market Strategy, Healthcare Sector Understanding, Health Economics, Health Policy, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Influencing Skills, Innovation, Inspirational Leadership, Market Access Strategy, People Management, Pharmacoeconomics, Pricing Strategy, Process Management, Product Launches, Project Management, Real World Evidence (RWE), Regulatory Affairs {+ 7 more}
