This role ensures impactful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and measurable project outcomes.   Job Description Global Quality Innovation Lead Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid About the Role: The Global Quality Innovation Lead is responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence in Quality through advanced digital technologies, including AI, ML, Generative AI, and Automation. This role ensures impactful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and measurable project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for innovation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define clear project deliverables, timelinAes, and success metrics for AI/ML and automation projects within Quality. Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Quality, IT, Data Science, and Business Units.  Drive implementation of Generative AI solutions for predictive analytics, process optimization, and decision support. Oversee automation of Quality processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership. Develop and maintain governance frameworks for innovation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory and GxP standards. Essential Requirements Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Deep understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, and Automation technologies Proven experience in managing complex projects in AI, ML, and automation within a regulated environment. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP) and digital transformation strategies. Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, value-driven solutions for Quality. Desirable Requirements Ability to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for innovation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Familiarity with governance frameworks for innovation projects Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance through automation of Quality processes. Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, value-driven solutions for Quality.
