As Sales Value Manager, Specialty Care, you will play a pivotal role in setting the national direction for the business—bringing strategy to life through a motivated sales team and strong cross‑functional partnerships. You will design and drive a customer‑centric business plan, coach and develop leaders and teams, and translate insights into sustainable growth across the portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to lead with purpose, act with integrity, and make a visible impact—while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence that reflects how we thrive together at Novartis.   Job Description Key Responsibilities - Lead national sales strategy and execution for the Specialty Care portfolio to achieve agreed commercial targets - Develop and deliver a customer‑centric business plan with first line managers and cross‑functional partners - Coach, develop, and inspire sales leaders and teams to drive high performance and engagement - Translate market insights into clear priorities that strengthen customer experience and business growth - Ensure full compliance, including timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases - Drive commercial excellence through disciplined planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement - Foster a culture of collaboration, ethical leadership, and accountability across the sales organization Essential Requirements - Proven experience leading sales teams within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries - Strong understanding of the evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical market landscape - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer‑centric business plans at a national level - Effective people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management - High level of integrity with a strong commitment to compliance and professional ethics - Fluency in English with clear, confident, and professional communication skills Desirable Requirements - Established market knowledge and professional network within the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment - Experience supporting product pre-launch activities in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings   Skills Desired Analytical Skill, Change Management, Coaching, Collaboration, Commercial Excellence, Complexity Management, Compliance, Financial Literacy, health care industry, Influencing Skills, Leadership, Management, Mentorship, problem solving techniques, Professional Communication, Professional Ethics, Team Work
