The opportunity: We have an opportunity available for a Senior Operations Administrator to join our Vitality team within Marketing and Propositions. Reporting to the Head of Vitality Delivery and Engagement you will be responsible for executing the AU and NZ Vitality operational functions and providing excellent service to Vitality Partners, Members and the wider business. This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail, high level excel skills and a desire to help Australian’s live healthier, longer, better lives every single day. This is a full-time permanent role based in Melbourne. To do this successfully you will: Reconcile invoices received from Vitality Partners and investigate and resolve discrepancies internally or with Partners directly Raise payments to pay our Partners within agreed SLA Execute reconciliation on daily payment report to ensure accuracy and release the file for finance processing Process data files received from Partners to enable benefit rules to be applied and cashbacks owing to members to be calculated correctly Undertake end to end management of the loan benefit to reduce member impact from a financial perspective prior to any payment runs Resolve member and partner queries received through the respective mail inboxes Float and stock management to ensure there is sufficient funds and stock available to ensure members are not impacted Review, track and escalate trends and feedback to relevant stakeholders including IT, Partners, and Partner Managers. Engage in UAT, DR, BCP and PVT testing when required Successful applications will demonstrate: Experience working within an operations or similar role, ideally within the financial services industry Advanced skills in Excel including vLookup, indexing, pivot tables and macros Exceptional analytical skills to identify any discrepancies The ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex matters A high sense of urgency Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes A strong work ethic with a high degree of personal accountability Why choose AIA: At AIA, we’ve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
