Job Description Motorola Solutions is seeking a results-driven Channel Account Manager in the San Jose Area to grow partner relationships, drive revenue through channel ecosystems, and execute strategic market expansion in Silicon Valley. Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact. Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the Motorola Solutions partner ecosystem. Facilitate regular business reviews, joint planning sessions, and partner enablement training. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the partner network. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns. Monitor and report on channel performance metrics, pipeline management, and weekly/monthly forecasting. Drive revenue growth through joint sales activities and co-selling efforts with partners. Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements, brand guidelines, and performance standards. Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience (Video security or physical security solutions experience preferred). Must live in the South Bay - Silicon Valley Area with the ability to travel ~70% within the territory. Proven record of delivering sales results and developing collaborative, indirect sales relationships. Strong technical acumen with the ability to effectively present complex products and solutions. Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Functional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage complex channel ecosystems. Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
