About the Role Assists department/function heads to provide and maintain a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Macau Referral Programme (MRP). Provides all-round and comprehensive support to Macau relevant functions, if necessary. Roles and Responsibilities: MRP Business (8 0 %) Provides superior sales service; Performs data input in iPOS to support daily operations; Assists supervisors in maintaining effective communication and meeting schedules, and in managing case follow up effectively and efficiently with relevant functions/parties; To comply with business quality standards and guidelines; conducts regular policy review to ensure quality business; Liaise with relevant business partners to build, develop and maintain good business relationship; Prepares regular reports on MRP activities. Other responsibilities (20%) Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements: University / college graduate plus at least 3-4 years’ relevant experience or Form Five graduate plus minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience; With a valid life insurance license; Effective organization, planning and problem solving skills; Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; Administration knowledge in responsible area(s); Proficiency in Computer-literacy.
