Internship Period: 8 June 2026 to 14 August 2026 The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities. What you will learn and contribute: Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Innovation Office, you may be involved in: Support the Group Innovation Office in strategic planning, change initiatives and innovation delivery. Assist in developing and tracking strategic plans, performance dashboards and key initiatives. Conduct research on emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI and support the design, evaluation and implementation of AI-driven solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, contribute to product discovery and product management activities (e.g. requirements gathering, use-case definition) and observe existing processes to recommend improvements. Gain exposure to AI governance frameworks, risk identification and mitigation practices.
