The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation. The BMI’s global product team is seeking an accomplished Manager to lead the evolution of its Mastercard Portfolio Intelligence products. Mastercard Portfolio Intelligence team is at the heart of a business intelligence eco-system built on a universe of Mastercard data and payment insights. It helps customers across the globe make smarter decisions, stay competitive, and embrace new trends. Qualifications: Undergraduate or master's degree with experience in a consulting/analytics organization . Expertise on one or more of SQL, Python, Big data / Hadoop (Pyspark / ScalaSpark / SparkR), HQL, Hive, R . Experience with one or more of Segmentation, Campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development . Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges . Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or retail/eCommerce, BFSI merchants preferred . Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s) . Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients . Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics skills. Advanced Strategy and Consulting skills. Expertise in building executive level documentations.
