About the Role 岗位名称： 新机构人才储备-客户场负责人 工作地点: 【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、在总公司客户市场部的支持下，负责当地品牌公关经营、属地化公益与品牌活动推动、声誉风险管理与宣导培训； 2、强化友邦品牌在当地市场的知名度、美誉度与差异化，以支持业务发展与扩张、招募品牌推动以及目标受众评价提升； 3、负责提炼当地市场情报与客户洞察，深度挖掘客户价值； 4、统筹分公司客户体验优化旅程，策划及推动客户平台与活动，充分发挥“获客-活客-暖客-转化”作用，促进与推动渠道业务发展，实现协同共赢。 岗位要求： 1、大学本科学历或以上，具备8年以上品牌、客户或市场类相关工作经验，具有寿险从业经验者将作为加分条件； 2、人选需具备一定的业务敏锐度、市场洞察力及抗压能力、能自我驱动并积极主动地推动工作开展，并对当地市场保险业客户情况有一定了解； 3、出色的规划、沟通、协调和报告能力，乐于接受新兴事物。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
