About the Role The Business Development Consultant is primarily responsible for the execution of agency management and governance, quality recruitment and leader development in assigned sector to drive Activation & productivity in support of overall Next Gen Agency strategy. Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders.
