Job Summary This role is responsible for leading complex Epic application development, deployment, and modernization initiatives with a strong focus on Grand Central and associated ADT/EVS workflows. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience across Epic architecture, middleware, data integrations, and enterprise application migration, along with deep expertise in facility structure build, optimization, workflow design, Nova upgrades, and ServiceNow ticket management. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently while influencing and collaborating effectively with operational leaders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into best‑practice Epic workflows. Preferred qualifications include additional Epic certifications (Prelude or Orders), experience with specialty hospital ADT workflows, participation in a full Epic implementation, and the ability to help stakeholders quantify risks and develop mitigation strategies; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology is also desired. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment, involving the Epic application skill set 5+ years in application migration and modernization 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience Epic Grand Central Certification Variety of technologies including Epic ADT & EVS workflows, Facility Structure (department/EAF build), 3rd party integrations, experience with Epic optimization, workflow analysis & design, upgrades (Nova), and ServiceNow ticket management Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently Experience working with operational leaders to conceptualize business needs to translate & build into a best practice Epic workflow. Preferred Skills and Experience Additional certification in Prelude and/or Orders experience preferred Experience with at least one past full Epic implementation, familiarity with Epic foundation best practices Experience with various specialty hospital ADT workflows (Ex. Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $88,680 to $168,480 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $97,560 to $202,200 Colorado: $88,680 to $168,480 New York City: $106,440 to $202,200 Washington: $97,560 to $185,280 Washington DC: $97,560 to $185,280 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
