Title and Summary Vice President, Consulting Services (Insights & Enablement) Vice-President, Insights & Enablement for Consulting Services Overview: The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Services also collaborates closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network. Within the Services organization, the Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) group is responsible for delivering our various products and solutions to clients. The Insights & Enablement ACS group (I&E ACS) aims at constantly improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Advisors & Consulting Services. The Services Business Development (SBD) group is responsible for selling our various products and solutions to clients. And the Insights & Enablement SBD group (I&E SBD) aims to constantly improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Services Business Development. This role’s primary responsibilities will be to lead some large initiatives that benefit both the ACS and SBD groups, working cross-functionally across the broader global I&E team, while also coordinating the activities of the extended I&E team based in Lisbon. The Role: • Knowledge Management o Develop and drive the implementation roadmap for the new Knowledge Management system, coordinating with various stakeholders enterprise-wide, e.g. Sales Enablement, Products, B2B marketing, etc. o Responsible for running Knowledge Management infrastructure ensuring adherence to process and best-in-class knowledge content o Manage 3 teams members focusing on developing and running the Knowledge Management ecosystem • Artificial Intelligence – Work with the central Mastercard AI group and ACS teams to prioritize and coordinate the development of AI use cases to increase ACS team productivity • In collaboration with other I&E partners: o Understand and articulate needs for new tools across SBD & ACS o Provide input in the development of the systems roadmap to support the various Services persona • Coordinate office level activities for I&E team members based in Lisbon • Develop and mentor I&E team members based in Lisbon in liaison with their remote line manager • Represents I&E team members based in Lisbon in the local office management All About You: • Familiarity with Mastercard Services business preferred • Experience in professional services organizations • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen • Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills; able to tailor information for audiences at different levels of seniority and within different functions • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
