The Role As a Contract Manager at Kyndryl , you will play a critical role in ensuring contract performance, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the entire contract lifecycle. This includes managing contract validation & registration, billing & invoicing, and administrative processes while maintaining strong customer relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders. You will act as the link between Kyndryl and our internal customers (Account Partners, Delivery teams and other departments), combining administrative expertise, communication skills, and customer care service in your daily responsibilities. Your contribution will directly influence business decisions and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end post-sales activities for contracts signed, including: Validate signed contracts and record contract's services in SAP4. Manage billing and invoicing for service projects. Ensure contract's adjustments are accurately performed (cost of living, penalties, other clauses). Resolve disputes and provide timely solutions Coordinate with stakeholders such as Account Partners, Project Managers, Delivery Project Executives, Client CFOs, Finance, and Accounting teams. Handle contract lifecycle activities: closing, extensions, and updates of PE, CPEs, PMs in SAP. Act as internal advisor of the processes to be followed and make sure all the contractual elements are billed Support SOX testing and audit reviews. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Who You Are What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. Experience with SAP and financial processes is a plus. Experience in contract management, billing, or invoicing preferred. Job requirements: Spanish native languages is mandatory. Catalan or Portugues will be also a plus English languages - intermediate/proficiency level MS knowledge & Power BI (Dashboards and IA Agents) Experience with SAP4 Hana Good communication and negotiation skills Agile approach Strong eye for, combined with logical and analytical thinking Out-of-the-box perspective Time management, prioritization Ability to work with autonomy and methodology Ability to keep deadlines Ability to work in a team Enthusiastic and dedicated approach Problem solving and capacity to manage critical situation Positive Attitude Why Join Us?
