Habilidades e Experiência Requeridas: Experiência na prestação de suporte em TI. Experiência em audiovisual. Experiência trabalhando em um ambiente com contato direto com o cliente. Fortes habilidades de comunicação (e-mail, telefone e presencial). Capacidade de prestar suporte presencial (on-site). Fluência em português. Habilidades Desejáveis: Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou área técnica relacionada. Conhecimento de sistemas operacionais populares e aplicações corporativas.
