Required Skills and Experience At least 3 years of experience in experience design, product design, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI and visual design work. Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite . Solid understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with design systems, interaction design, and usability testing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills — organized, self-directed, and thoughtful in approaching complex challenges. Preferred Skills and Experience Formal education, certification, or training in Graphic Design , UX/UI Design , or Interaction Design — or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative design processes. Knowledge of emerging technologies and how they influence user experience. Comfort with systems thinking and applying it to scalable design solutions. Experience presenting design concepts and negotiating feedback with diverse teams.
