About the Role Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users • Provide technical expertise in the management of network facilities • Configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer hardware including physical hardware such as servers, laptops, network switches, routers and software • Administer web system hardware and operating system server software • Provide on-site and remote technical support to AIA's internal users of computer applications and hardware Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
