About the Role The Recruitment Development Manager will be in charge in conducting and executing strategies & recruitment initiatives, engagement activities learning sessions, recruitment pipeline reports to the SMT and Agency Leaders. Reports & Progress follow-through (status/progress) in coding journey, exam results, and recruitment promos and initiatives Execute strategies and action plans in partnership with the Sales Management Team: Ensure successful Implementation of Department’s strategies and plans on the ground. Collaborate execution of Zonal Recruitment Initiatives with Sales Management Team Provide Performance & Pipeline Business Review & Recommendations down to BDMs and Agency Leaders Design and implement engagement activities and Recruitment Roadshows focused on learning session/skills training in Recruitment. Monitor and Push on progress and adoption of the agency leaders’ month on month on the premier recruitment programs of AIA on the ground Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
