Project execution and reporting Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met. Lead diverse teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations. Coordinate vendor activities to support our strategic vision. Provide clear governance and oversight, ensuring every project meets our high standards. Team development Join regional initiatives to foster engagement and teamwork. Oversee project closures, celebrating successes and learning from every experience. Financial & Risk Support Support budget management and champion cost-saving ideas. Ensure every project complies with governance and regulatory requirements. Key Responsabilities: Leadership:  You have 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate projects, and experience in facilities operations is a plus. Education:  You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or real estate. Project Management:  You bring deep knowledge of project management (certification is desirable), capital planning, and vendor management. Financial Acumen:  You have a proven track record of managing budgets of $2M or more. Multitasking:  You can define and execute multiple concurrent projects with excellence. Communication:  You’re an excellent communicator who can connect with colleagues at all levels Analytical Skills:  You’re skilled in forecasting, investment planning, and audit compliance. Teamwork:  You’ve demonstrated your ability to lead diverse regional teams and influence across matrixed organizations. Organization:  You possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
