Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Having 7+ years of experience in Manage & configure Datadog deployment: Install, tune, upgrade agents; onboard hosts, containers, and cloud environments; configure integrations and APM, network, and log collection. Maintain dashboards, monitors & alerts: Build custom visualizations, health checks, alerts, reports; fine-tune thresholds and routing. User & access control management: Use RBAC to assign roles (Admin, Standard, Read only), manage invites, SSO/SAML integration, API/app key governance.  Troubleshooting & optimization: Investigate agent issues, system performance bottlenecks, application instrumentation on environments like Linux/Tomcat. Collaboration & training: Partner with Dev, Ops, Sec teams to resolve incidents, train users, document processes, scripts, and best practices. Typical requirements include hands-on experience (5+ years), scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell), Linux proficiency, and strong problem-solving ability.
