Your responsibilities: Own end-to-end test strategy (functional + non-functional), quality gates, and release criteria. Build and maintain test cases, plans, and automated frameworks aligned with evolving requirements. Integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD for fast feedback and actionable reports. Drive shift-left quality with developers, PMs, and UX. Ensure test data and environment hygiene; run defect triage. Track quality metrics and guide continuous improvement. Manage test environment dependencies and partner on long-term quality roadmap. Assist in resolving production cases. Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Expertise At least 5 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis Strong understanding of test automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript and Typescript. Strong understanding of modern full-stack web application technologies; React and Spring Boot is a plus. Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber and Jest/Mocha Experience with open-source performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust Experience with basic security scanning and collaboration with AppSec Experience working in SCRUM teams Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proactive, self-driven and motivated Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
