As an Experience Strategist at Kyndryl Vital Mexico, you will lead design initiatives across a variety of projects, ensuring that solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with client objectives. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted design advisor throughout the project lifecycle. You will guide design teams in the creation of high-quality visual and interactive designs, ensuring the final product meets business and user needs. Partnering with technical teams, you will balance creative ideas with technical feasibility, ensuring designs are practical and scalable. You will take ownership of the design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing, ensuring consistent delivery of impactful designs.
