We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to impactful projects that require strong technical foundations and collaborative spirit. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python or Node.js (TypeScript) . Work with Docker for containerization and implement basic logging/error handling. Interact with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and at least one NoSQL store (e.g., MongoDB/DynamoDB) at a basic level. Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions using Git and agile practices. Who You Are Required Skills Up to 3 years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in Python or Node.js with TypeScript ; building RESTful services . Basic data modeling with a relational DB and familiarity with a NoSQL database. Docker fundamentals (build, run, compose) and Git usage. Currently studying or graduated from a systems-related field (exceptions may be considered). Strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and simple CI/CD. Introductory experience in GenAI (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph ) and awareness of Bedrock , Vertex AI , or Azure OpenAI . Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders (customer-facing mindset).
