As  Lead Product Manager for Avast Suite – Growth & Retention , you will own how the Avast portfolio turns customer value into sustainable business growth. You will define and optimize the suite’s packaging, pricing, and lifecycle journeys—from first successful use to renewal, boosting long-term usage. Your key metrics will be retention rate, churn rate, and CLTV.  You’ll partner closely with the  Avast Suite Lead , the  Discovery & Engagement PM , Product Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to design experiences that are customer-centric, fair, and commercially effective. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Proposition Define and evolve the  Avast Suite value proposition and plan architecture , focusing on deepening value within the core experience rather than selling disconnected products. Design  contextual upgrade paths  that unlock additional potential of features customers already use—triggered at natural “moments of readiness” when they hit the limits of their current plan, making upgrades feel fair, relevant, and low-friction. Lifecycle & Monetization Journeys Own the in-product and cross-channel  growth journeys : trials, upgrades, cross-sell, upsell paths, renewals, win-back, and churn prevention flows. Map and continuously improve key lifecycle stages, ensuring they are transparent, respectful, and aligned with customer expectations and local regulations. Collaborate with Commercial teams to coordinate messaging and offers across email, in-product, and other touchpoints. Experimentation & Business Outcomes Define key business metrics for Avast Suite growth, such as  conversion/retention rates, ARPU, CLTV, churn, and attach rates , and build a plan to improve them. Run structured experiments on pricing, packaging, lifecycle nudges, and upgrades; quantify impact and scale successful patterns. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand why customers convert, renew, or churn—and translate those learnings into improvements in product and proposition. Roadmap & Execution Build and maintain a clear, outcome-focused roadmap for the Growth Journey & Proposition domain that aligns with overall Avast Suite strategy. Write crisp product requirements and partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work hand-in-hand with the Discovery & Engagement PM to create a seamless experience from first value to long-term relationship. Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and regional teams to understand market dynamics and adjust growth levers accordingly. Regularly present hypotheses, plans, and results to senior stakeholders; help shape broader growth strategies across the portfolio. What we’re looking for Experience:  10+ years in product management, specifically in consumer SaaS or subscription models with a focus on growth, monetization, and the full product lifecycle (vision to delivery). Business Impact:  Proven track record of driving ARPU, conversion, and CLTV through pricing, packaging, and data-driven experimentation. Customer-Centric Growth:  Obsessed with solving customer problems as the primary lever for growth; avoids "pushing offers" in favor of delivering genuine value. Strategic & Analytical:  A systems thinker who is highly analytical (funnels, cohorts, financial modeling) and comfortable making difficult trade-offs. Collaboration:  Expert at navigating complex, matrixed environments; aligns diverse stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Tech) and manages friction effectively. Communication & Execution:  Excellent communicator who is pragmatic, autonomous, and outcome-driven; listens well and articulates decisions clearly.
