OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Monitorear, analizar, registrar y reportar el cierre contable para la elaboración de los Estados Financieros y reportes bajo normatividad US GAAP. Monitorear, verificar y ejecutar los procesos y controles de la operación contable para su registro y reporte en Oracle. Asegurar la elaboración y  presentación de los Estados Financieros bajo normatividad US GAAP y los reportes solicitados por el Grupo. FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO Analizar y ejecutar el cumplimiento de los procesos de cierre mensual asegurando la ejecución de los controles para su registro en Oracle. Garantizar la calidad e integridad de la información financiera para la toma de decisiones y análisis del negocio. Elaborar reportes, integraciones y conciliación de todas las cuentas contables. Claridad y control en el detalle que compone cada una de las cuentas contables respecto a su origen, aplicación y antigüedad. Elaborar el cierre contable mensual en tiempo y forma para la presentación de Estados Financieros y reportes regulatorios internos para Grupo. Veracidad, confianza y certeza en la información financiera. Gestión de reportes, elaboración, ejecución y monitoreo de los reportes mensuales y trimestrales para Grupo. Entrega a tiempo y correcta de los reportes para garantizar el análisis oportuno de la información financiera. Seguimiento auditorías internas y externas, asegurar el cumplimiento y entrega de los requerimientos de auditorías. Implementar los controles observados por AI para reducir o eliminar el riesgo para la empresa. PERFIL DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración o Finanzas Inglés: Básico Conocimientos Técnicos Normas contables E.U. (US GAAP) Normas contables (NIF´s) ERP (preferible Oracle) Dominio de Excel (fórmulas y tablas dinámicas) Área(s) de experiencia Experiencia contable bajo normatividad US GAAP en el sector asegurador 3 – 5 Años - Prudential is a multinational financial services leader with operations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
