OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Intervenir en proyectos críticos comerciales y operativos con requerimientos de acción inmediata. Para entregar soluciones integrales, estabilizar procesos y asegurar resultados medibles. FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO Intervenir en proyectos críticos bajo modelo sprint, desde diagnóstico hasta estabilización. Resolviendo problemáticas urgentes con impacto medible. Gestionar, cartera huérfana o en riesgo y ejecutar acciones de recuperación. Reduciendo la fuga y maximizando oportunidades comerciales. Optimizar la ejecución comercial y calidad de presentaciones técnicas y actuariales. Mejorando la efectividad comercial y competitividad. Mitigar los riesgos comerciales y operativos mediante acciones correctivas. Previniendo contingencias regulatorias u operativas. Analizar, las bases de datos y construir modelos de priorización. Identificando riesgos u oportunidades no visibles. Ejecutar, acciones tácticas transversales con empowerment del CEO. Cerrar brechas donde las áreas no llegan y asegurar resultados. PERFIL DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Ingeniería, Actuaría, Matemáticas, Economía o carrera cuantitativa afín. Inglés: Avanzado Área(s) de experiencia: Sector asegurador – Mas de 10 años Áreas comerciales y operativas - Mas de 10 años Ejecución directa de proyectos complejos - Mas de 5 años Conocimientos Técnicos Manejo avanzado de bases de datos Análisis cuantitativo y modelación Estructuración y resolución de problemas complejos Conocimiento integral del negocio asegurador (producto, pricing, underwriting, operación) Visión estratégica aterrizada a ejecución - Prudential is a multinational financial services leader with operations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
