Responsibilities: To carry out market and sector specific research for deals under evaluation by searching and synthesizing information from various public and subscribed data sources. To assist with generating pitch decks to introduce deals to fund managers To assist with DCF modelling for deal evaluation and scenario analysis Assist with Origins data population and comps compilation Required Skills and Qualifications: Good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint Interest in Real Estate Positive learning attitude About PGIM PGIM is the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc.
