The Opportunity This position works out of our Penang location in the Abbott Vascular Division. As the Sr Territory Sales Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead a sales team to ensure achievement of sales revenue & market share targets in assigned markets. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and promote & establish Health Care Professional (HCP) education of the company's products. What You’ll Do Plan & drive towards achieving company vision. Keep abreast with industry/ market knowledge. Conduct & review sales performance. Update customer profiles & track market usage of products. Ensure team members comply with company policy & operating procedures. Manage operating expenses & budgets. Conduct regular stock checks & work closely with Customer Service team on reconciliation. Attract, motivate & develop staff. Required Qualifications B.S. in Biotechnology, Biomedical or any equivalent. > 5 years' experience in sales. Knowledge in medical device will be an advantage.
