Title: Digitalization Specialist - Microsoft Power Platform & Python Development Job Responsibilities: Support the development of digitalization and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members to meet project and organizational objectives. Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools to improve engineering and project management processes. Support the creation of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track project performance and key metrics. Learn and apply understanding of EPC project lifecycles to identify potential digitalization and automation opportunities. Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting improvement or automation opportunities. Contribute to workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Help maintain and enhance automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools and platforms. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required. Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning, or internships. Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts. Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment. Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
