Title: Document Controller KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Document Controller to support of the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Document Controller will work with the project to develop & implement a comprehensive document control system.  This role will ensure adherence to company standards and processes, and interface with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities:  Ensure project documents comply with procedural requirements before processing into the document control system Manage project documents & vendor data, maintaining registers to indicate current status via the document control system Monitor progress of deliverables in accordance with project specific milestones Ensure all documents are filed correctly Record issues & track the location of control documents Maintain the integrity of the document control system Manage documents and user support including document capture, quality assessment, rejection as applicable, numbering, updating, review routing, distribution to ensure that documents adhere to the documentation requirements (name, revisions, review & approved, etc.) Process all requests accurately and timely All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience 2 + years of experience as a Document Controller Proven ability in document control entry & procedures on engineering projects Proficiency with electronic document management systems and the required processes Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within a project Solid understanding of document control practices & management Fluent in writing and reading English Experience in the Polymer project experience a plus Belong.
