You will provide essential program coordination and operational support across the Technology Department and in coordination with our overall Corporate Platforms Lead. Corporate Platforms is responsible for S&P Global’s strategic evolution of commercial, people, and finance technology platforms, capabilities, frameworks, and operational processes. Responsibilities and Impact: You will provide high-level engagement management and coordination across the Financial Technology Department within Corporate Platforms Lead strategic program management   initiatives establishing operational systems that drive transparency and successful outcomes Strategic planning and execution:   Ensure resource visibility and department-centric portfolio data to contribute to roadmaps, scorecards, and strategy. Manage   vendor relationships and procurement processes:   This includes contract coordination, timeline tracking, and comprehensive documentation Reporting:   Analyze and consolidate various data sets across multiple platforms, producing executive reports and forecasts using advanced tools including Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven solutions Execute / collaborate:   Play a large role in planning and executing high-visibility internal events, training sessions, and innovation initiatives such as Hackathons, demonstrating exceptional presentation skills and stakeholder engagement Own departmental   communications   including internal newsletters, SharePoint sites, employee engagement activities, and central calendar management with direct exposure to senior leadership   Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field with 4+ years of progressive experience in project coordination or business operations. Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing programs and projects within a corporate or technology environment. Strong proficiency in data organization and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms. Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and experience with task-tracking software. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear updates for various stakeholder groups. Strong understanding of how to use AI tools for efficiency, accuracy, and more robust communications and reporting. Ability to work from the local office 9 days per month with occasional travel for business events and stakeholder meetings.
