About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 The Team:   You will work with a team of intelligent, ambitious, and hard-working software professionals. The team   is responsible for   the architecture, design, development, quality, and maintenance of the next-generation financial data web platform. Other responsibilities include transforming product requirements into technical design and implementation.     Responsibilities and Impact:   Application Development:     Design, develop, and  maintain  high-quality software solutions using technologies such as .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.    Explore and integrate generative AI technologies to create innovative charting solutions, enabling users to visualize and analyze complex data in new ways.    Collaborate with team members to create innovative features and functionalities that meet user needs and expectations.    Innovation and Technology Adoption:     Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, to  identify  opportunities for innovation.    Experiment with tools and frameworks such as  LangChain ,  LangGraph , LLM,  CopilotKit , AG-UI, and MCP to drive improvements in application performance and user engagement.    Lead initiatives to investigate the application of generative AI in charting, developing prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to  showcase  its potential benefits.    Collaboration and Teamwork:     Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,  provide  technical insights, and ensure seamless integration of charting solutions within the Capital IQ Pro ecosystem.    Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team discussions to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.    Quality Assurance:     Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by performing thorough testing and debugging of applications.    Contribute to the development of best practices, coding standards, and documentation to enhance team productivity and software maintainability.    User Engagement:     Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience of the Capital IQ Pro application.    Gather feedback from users to iterate on features and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.       What   We’re   L ooking   F or :     Basic Required Qualifications:   Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent   A minimum of 9-12 years of   significant experience   in full stack application development   Expertise   in C#, SQL Server, MVC, WEB API, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js)   Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Test-driven development   Familiarity with technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and   GraphQL   The ideal candidate will be eager to challenge themselves and their peers, embracing   new technologies   and methodologies, including generative AI, to drive innovation and improve user experiences.   Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong verbal and writing   proficiencies   Ability to train and mentor team members   About S&P Global Market Intelligence At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
