Title: Technical Advisor - Instrumentation/Controls Job Title : Technical Advisor - Instrumentation/Controls (Detail Engineering Chennai/Bengaluru). We have opportunities with Integrated Solutions International Team which delivers high-end engineering services including front-end engineering design; project and program management; and engineering, procurement and construction management.  Summary Section   Under broad direction, functions as a technical specialist who makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities of the company. Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies. Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area. Responsibilities:  Job role contributes directly to value creation. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years related experience, with average experience of 15+ years Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience, & Skills: FEED / Detail Engineering involving Preparation and review of Specification, Data Sheets, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation and Vendor Drawing Review of Field Instruments,  Instrument Valves, Fire & Gas Detectors Exposure to AVEVA E3D / PDMS review of Instrument modelling and review of instrument design deliverables like Cable Trench Layout, Instrument Location Layout, Hook-up drawing, Cable Block Diagrams, Cable Schedule etc Lead / Deputy Lead experience of any Oil and Gas project Experience in offshore is preferred.
