Work Environment: Location: Remote, with required travel Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% Working Hours: Standard This position will be learning KBR's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting. The candidate must have experience in supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field and 5 years experience Desire to learn KBR's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting Clear written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with US Government contracting Experience supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field. Active TS/SCI security clearance. Prior experience in government or military roles - contracting or operations Ready to Make a Difference?
