About the Role: Location: Monterrey, NL (Virtual) This position is   primarily   responsible for   creating, executing, and delivering   model-based audience lists from written instructions,   utilizing   existing application software.   This role will also   utilize   vendor applications to deliver audience lists for digital and social media campaigns . Additionally, t his role   may   assist   in   the coordination and   fulfillment   of email campaigns using targeted audience s provide d   by S&P Global .    This   requires   sending data files   as well as other necessary campaign assets   to and from email deployment vendors .     T he candidate   is required to   have methodical attention to detail and   is expected   to quickly develop strong data domain   expertise .    This position also will perform   additional administrative, customer service, and ad hoc   project work that is relevant to departmental and business objectives.     The Team: This position   resides   on the Audience fulfil l ment team in the PAS   (Polk Automotive Solutions)   Portfolio of S&P Mobility Responsibilities and Impact   Principal Accountabilities   Convert written instructions into necessary program input.      Clarifying requirements with sales account teams.   Executing complex data extraction processes.   Identifying and matching data as required by job specifications.   Validation / QC   of extracted data to specifications.   Providing data support to account and product teams.   Working   with product management & business development groups   regarding   Email Vendor relations. Managing communications and producing regular reports for email marketing campaigns.       What We're Looking For: * Please submit your resume in English. University degree ( bachelor's   or equivalent) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and oral communication.   Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.   Work efficiently under pressure.   Manage multiple incoming requests   in a timely manner .   Ability to work both independently   & collaboratively   across the organization.   Flexibility and good organizational skills.   Independent judgment/ problem solving.   Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.    Strong   knowledge of Microsoft Office   software .    Any   additional   data   analysis   technology skills   are   a   plus   but not   required .   Self-motivated and reliable working behavior.   Positive team attitude.    Great data analytics skills. – experience working with large data sets is a plus.   Automotive industry   or   targeted   marketing experience is preferred.  Understanding of   marketing in digital and social media platforms is a plus.         About S&P Global Mobility At S&P Global Mobility, we provide invaluable insights derived from unmatched automotive data, enabling our customers to anticipate change and make decisions with conviction.
