      JOB DESCRIPTION: Wij Zijn Op Zoek Naar 10 Operators B: Enten & oogsten – Dagdienst (7-dagen dagdienst rooster) bij Abbott Weesp Over Abbott Weesp Abbott Weesp is een belangrijke vestiging binnen de Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD) en beschikt over moderne faciliteiten waar dagelijks grondstoffen voor o.a. laxeermiddelen, hormonen en het griepvaccin worden geproduceerd. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden In deze functie werk je binnen onze biologische en farmaceutische productieomgeving, waar processen variëren van geïntegreerde productielijnen tot zelfstandige processtappen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Uitvoeren, opstarten en controleren van diverse productieprocessen m.b.v. procesbesturingssystemen. Afstemmen en bijregelen van procesonderdelen op basis van procesparameters en analyseresultaten. Bemonsteren van tussen- en eindproducten en uitvoeren van standaard analyses. Zorgdragen voor voorraadbeheer en het tijdig afroepen van grondstoffen. Uitvoeren van 1e-lijns onderhoud aan installaties en machines. Verantwoordelijk voor een volledige en tijdige dienstoverdracht. Controleren van grondstoffen, GMP-documenten en batchgegevens. Signaleren, voorkomen en oplossen van proces- en apparatuurstoringen (eventueel in overleg met Operator D of technische dienst). Meewerken aan proefproducties, procesverbeteringen en projectgroepen. Toezien op naleving van GMP-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.   Je werkt in een team dat deels zelfsturend is en nauw samenwerkt met teamleiders en senior operators.   Wij zoeken een Operator met:   Persoonlijke eigenschappen Teamspirit en een proactieve houding Nauwkeurige, gedisciplineerde werkstijl Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om meerdere processen te leren Gedrevenheid (geen 9‑tot‑5-mentaliteit) Initiatief om verbeteringen aan te dragen   Opleiding & kennis Vapro C (of B) of mbo Procestechniek, of vergelijkbare kwalificatie Ruime kennis van procesvoorschriften en GMP Inzicht in productieprocessen en installaties Affiniteit met automatisering Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift   Wat hebben wij jou te bieden?
