About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Role: Associate, Client Support - Capital Markets (APAC/EMEA shift)  The Team:   Our team is responsible for providing clients with world-class product support and research. We are the pioneer team for Capital IQ Product Operations and now the biggest Client Operations team in Manila supporting the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. These enable us to provide top notch support experience to our global clients.  Responsibilities and Impact:  The Client Support team plays a critical role in ensuring that clients maximize the value of our products and the financial data available to them. By delivering high-quality, client-focused support, the team directly contributes to client satisfaction, long-term relationships, and the overall commercial success of the business.  This role offers two pivotal development opportunities:  First, the role will require you to become an effective and confident communicator. You will engage with a wide range of clients and stakeholders, learning how to communicate solutions clearly, manage expectations, and build professional rapport. You will develop the ability to understand client needs, assess problems critically, and identify practical, value-driven solutions that deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.  Second, the role will develop your industry, product, and data expertise. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries closely related to the finance industry and our platform, enabling you to build a strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance concepts, and the data we provide. This exposure will help you understand how clients use our products to support their business decisions.  Our platform is built on the combined expertise of the technology and finance industries. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you will learn to respond to finance-related inquiries in connection with the product, gaining exposure to data architecture and the practical application of financial data within a commercial context.  We are committed to helping employees achieve their career aspirations and reach their full potential. We place strong emphasis on development and provide ongoing training to build both product expertise and essential power skills, such as communication, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness, as you progress in your career with us.  The Manila Capital Markets Team is responsible for the following:  Answer client inquiries and provide assistance with our products and platforms.  Deliver the best client experience while doing support and finance-related research.  Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries. We partner with our clients to ensure that their issues are fully resolved, and they are maximizing our products’ potential.    Be a channel for client feedback.  We coordinate with different teams to resolve client inquiries.  We also help our content teams develop accuracy by providing real-time client feedback.  We also echo our clients’ ideas and feedback to our Product Management team to make sure that we stay relevant to the market.  We are a client-centric company; we give high value to our clients’ feedback, which is a big component of our success.  Conduct platform trainings for prospect and existing clients.  What We Are Looking For:  Basic Qualifications  Open to hiring fresh graduates  1–2 years of client support or client-facing experience is an advantage  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English), with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences  Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills  Demonstrates strong interest in learning and professional growth  Willing to learn and build knowledge in Corporate Finance  Client-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships  Open to working varying shifts; shifts may include weekends and holidays on a rotating basis (5 working days per week)  Shifts will align with APAC or EMEA coverage, depending on business needs and team availability; specific schedules will be confirmed closer to the start date  Preferred Qualifications  Background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field  Demonstrates commercial acumen, including the ability to understand client needs and business priorities  Confident in managing client expectations and contributing to positive client outcomes  Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment  Provides and accepts constructive feedback in a professional manner  Willing to take ownership of projects, presentations, and stretch assignments that support team and business objectives  About S&P Global Market Intelligence At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
