Job Summary As a Subcontracts Supervisor , you will oversee the full spectrum of subcontracting and procurement activities supporting multiple sites and services across the EUCOM Area of Responsibility and other R&S Programs within the region. Roles and Responsibilities This role is responsible for qualifying suppliers, issuing, and evaluating requests for proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring all subcontract files and processes comply with established company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will apply advanced expertise to resolve complex subcontracting challenges, establish priorities, and implement best practices. You will provide guidance and task direction to regional subcontract support teams, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery. You will leverage strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and extensive industry experience, to ensure efficient subcontract administration aligned with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and business objectives. Perform full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work. Qualify suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, maintain subcontract files in accordance with established procedures. Oversee and performs the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work on a project. Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team. Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Rely upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills and contribute to effective team communication. Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
