Title: Subcontractor Administrator Subcontractor Administrator OPRC40 - Principal Specialist, Procurement KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for Subcontractor Administrator - Executes subcontracts, purchasing of goods, services and supplies which includes RFQ inquiry, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation including terms and conditions, and order placement. Location: Saudi Arabia Responsibilities: Good understanding of requirements for issuing orders and contracts in the Middle East as well as been familiar with contracting review process working together with legal department. Administration of orders as needed to monitor/manage contractor progress to ensure timely execution of work, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics and other relevant departments to ensure proper completion as per stakeholders’ requirements and specifications. Qualifications: Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. Must have experience in MS Dynamics (preferred) or SAP. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities. Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
