Join us as an   Sr Systems Analyst of Manufacturing Systems   and play a pivotal role in driving full-site digital transformations across global manufacturing facilities. This is a unique opportunity to blend your deep manufacturing expertise with advanced technical skills in JavaScript, C#, and other technologies to build scalable, reusable solutions in the IT/OT environment. This role will be based in our Offices in Cherrywood, Dublin in the BTS: Business Technology Services. What You’ll Work On Design and develop manufacturing recipes using POMS software across global facilities. Collaborate with business units, engineering, and infrastructure teams to align MES and automation solutions with business goals. Act as a subject matter expert in MES and industrial automation. Implement robust manufacturing systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Integrate MES with PLM, ERP, and shop floor systems. Create and update POMSnet recipes and base data. Lead end-to-end process flow understanding, from requirement gathering to recipe development. Support critical MES enhancement projects including hardware upgrades, architecture improvements, and testing coordination. Follow Computerized Systems Validation and Software Lifecycle (SLC) methodologies. Assess technical needs and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions. Partner with IT functional groups to ensure alignment with long-term system strategies. Lead technical teams in developing and implementing new products or operational improvements. Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system upgrades. Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.
