Title: Lead Construction Engineer - Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom (E&I&T) Job Purpose Lead and manage all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom construction activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution in accordance with Local Saudi Arabia standards , project specifications, and approved drawings. Key Responsibilities Lead E&I&T construction works including LV/MV/HV systems, substations, instrumentation, DCS/PLC/SIS, and telecom systems (FOC, PA/GA, CCTV) . Act as the primary E&I&T interface with EPC contractors, PMC, client, vendors, and commissioning teams. Ensure compliance with SAES, SAMSS, SABIC Engineering Standards , IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and ISA. Review and approve method statements, ITPs, work packs , and technical queries. Enforce HSE requirements , PTW, LOTO, and electrical safety practices. Monitor progress, manpower, and material availability; resolve site issues. Lead pre‑commissioning, testing, and support commissioning up to handover. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering . 15+ years E&I construction experience, including Lead role on Local Saudi Arabia projects . Strong EPC/PMC site experience in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities .
