Ensure proper operating parameters for filler, seamer, and can washer. Perform preventative maintenance on filler and seamer. Ensure commodities are released prior to usage. Perform visual inspection. Ensure proper cleaning methods are used during a wash job. Maintain inventory counts of commodities used during each batch. Set up equipment according to packing requirements and adjust as necessary during production. Load commodities into equipment. Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and work stations. Perform and document Quality checks and preventative maintenance. You will be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
