Key Responsibilities: Provide developer support for systems and tools that process large volumes of data from diverse sources. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Java, Apache Kafka, and Apache NiFi. Develop Angular-based web applications for analyst and data scientist use. Implement and optimize search capabilities using ElasticSearch/OpenSearch. Work in cloud-based environments and leverage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Collaborate in Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Work Environment: Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Standard Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI++ Minimum of 10 years of experience Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline (or additional years of specialized experience). Proven experience with Java, Apache Kafka, and Apache NiFi. Demonstrated experience building Angular web applications. Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch. Experience in cloud-based environments. Proficiency with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Desired: Experience with Python. Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive). Familiarity with Apache Hadoop ecosystem. Knowledge of Apache Spark and its APIs. Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Airflow). Ready to Make a Difference?
