Support business and myHR in ensuring correct grade fitment for roles System / Tools Management: Would be required to navigate and work on all the Compensation and Benefits related systems and tools at Abbott. Responsible for tracking compensation related actions and regular maintenance and upgrades to the excel based tools. Annual Merit Increase & Incentive calculations: Manage annual merit process including design, implementation of guidelines and governance (Workday), merit reporting, local incentive plan calculations and payroll inputs and other activities as required. Preparation of taxonomies to provide in depth merit analysis to business Market Benchmarking & Pay Structures: Support in compensation benchmarking and other benchmarking studies as required across Abbott in line with local/ global contract and utilize the same to create grade-wise / role-wise pay ranges, provide market insights and analytical support to business for decision making etc. Global Mobility: Managing the coordination associated with inbound and outbound employee movement, including payroll changes and stakeholder management.
