      JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Digital Transformation Manager who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, This role is ideal for someone with a strategic marketing mindset and a passion for solving business challenges through digital innovation, it’s not just responding to briefs but shaping them. You will lead initiatives that elevate our digital maturity across consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) touchpoints, integrating cutting-edge Martech, AI, and UX strategies to drive engagement, personalization, and commercial impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Project Management Execution of digital transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams. Translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions with measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and execution excellence. 2.   Tech + Insights for Smarter Engagement Leverage technology to enable deep, insight-led conversations with consumers and HCPs. Partner with analytics and insights teams to uncover actionable opportunities and optimize performance. 3. Martech & AI Integration Lead deployment and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, automation tools). Identify and embed AI-powered solutions for personalization, predictive analytics, and process automation. 4. User Experience & Digital Excellence Champion user-centric design across all digital platforms and assets. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. Optimize content architecture, navigation, and mobile responsiveness to drive engagement and conversion. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, medical, IT, commercial, and external partners to align on digital goals and execution plans. Communicate progress, risks, and results effectively to senior stakeholders. 6. Operational Rigor & Governance Establish SOPs and best practices to ensure scalability and efficiency. Monitor KPIs and continuously refine processes to drive operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 6–10 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or strategic project management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional, high-impact projects with a marketing lens. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CLM strategies is a strong advantage. Familiarity with UX strategy, website development, and digital product design. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
