      JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITIES:       The mission of the position is to build brands in e-Commerce platforms through the integration of brand resources and EC customer eco-system and provide the best content experience along consumer decision journey, to drive business growth and accelerate market share growth. Five Main Responsibilities: 40% Develop attractive and professional content with variety tools such as livestreaming, short video, content page (including KOL/HCP content) 30% Content investment ROI control and tracking 15% Work with MKT team on product content and brand content develop and upgrade 10% Optimize Flagship store UED to enhance consumer experience with upgraded content. 5% Competition environment analysis Major Responsibilities/Activities: Responisble for the annual Content plan including HCP and KOL content in EC platform to build and increase brand/product awareness and WOM. Explore content models on Social Commerce platform like TikTok. Drive excellent planning and implemention on content of key EC carnival to drive business result. Work closely with MKT team on new product launch content develop, routine content upgrade. Continue upgrading UED and enhance consumer experience with professional content. Competition environment analysis and upgrade. Help TMKT head to grow business from a channel perspective. Consolidate data from both JD and Tmall account and dig out content insight to help decision making on channel strategy. REQUIREMENTS: Industry experiences: FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred. Position experiences: At least 3 years working experience related to marketing Experience in digital or E-commerce marketing is preferred. Language Skills： Exellent communication with Mandrine and English is must. Computer Skills: Familiar with office soft ware Mobility: Able travel based on business request.
