Pour notre équipe Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) à Baar , nous recherchons avec effet immédiat une personnalité autonome, communicative et positive en tant que Inside Sales Representative Vente, promotion et formation sur les produits Abbott en tant que représentant(e) Inside Sales Abbott, dans le respect du cadre légal et des directives internes (Code de conduite). Atteinte ou dépassement des objectifs de vente et des parts de marché définies, ainsi que promotion d’une croissance rentable. Responsabilités principales   : Vente à distance du portefeuille ADC, ainsi que la promotion de nouvelles technologies Implémenter de stratégies de vente et de marketing afin d’atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis Acquisition de nouveaux clients pour la gamme de produits ADC et contacts réguliers avec les clients selon des objectifs définis Reporting ponctuel dans le système CRM Exécution précise et dans les délais de toutes les tâches administratives (par ex. participation à des réunions d’équipe et téléconférences, communication par e‑mail, documentation dans le CRM, etc.) Décompte des frais, communication active avec la hiérarchie et les collègues Réalisation d’analyses de ventes, définition des potentiels de vente, classification des clients Planification, organisation et réalisation de formations sur les dispositifs (pour les patients, le personnel soignant et les médecins) Mise en œuvre de projets commerciaux spécifiques au pays dans le respect des délais Collecte d’informations sur la concurrence sur le marché Fourniture de services et d’informations aux clients cibles, conformément aux stratégies de vente et de marketing Profil requis   : Formation scolaire achevée ou expérience professionnelle équivalente Maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances de l’anglais ; l’allemand est un atout Expérience en télésales ou en tant que représentant(e) commercial(e) Participation certifiée à des formations en vente Expérience dans l’utilisation de MS Office Plusieurs années d’expérience pratique dans la vente et/ou le télémarketing Bonne compréhension des besoins des clients Excellentes capacités de communication Grande flexibilité et excellente capacité d’écoute Si vous êtes une personne flexible, ouverte et engagée, Abbott vous offre non seulement un poste passionnant et stimulant, mais également un environnement de travail agréable et ouvert.
