Objetivo de la posición: Cumplir los objetivos anuales de ventas y posicionamiento del fármaco, analizando la información y las necesidades de los clientes como foco de su actividad. Responsabilidades fundamentales requeridas : Cumplir los objetivos anuales de ventas del territorio asignado y las métricas. Mediante una buena capacidad analítica: elaborar un análisis benchmark de su zona, interpretar los datos e implementar planes de acción por zonas/cuentas, complementarios a los definidos estratégicamente desde el equipo de marketing; así como la monitorización de la evolución de cada cuenta y territorio. Dichos datos deberán estar reflejados y actualizados en su fichero/maestro de clientes (interact). Generar un alto nivel de “engagement” con los clientes a través de: proactividad en la generación de proyectos de valor (partnership), ejecución de los mismos, toma de decisiones y capacidad de respuesta. En esta tarea se necesitará un importante control de sus inversiones. Ser un interlocutor sólido para los clientes: base importante de ciencia y capacidad para estar en permanente estudio/formación sobre los datos que se publican sobre sus fármacos y los competidores; consiguiendo la certificación periódica correspondiente. Mantener una comunicación efectiva de los mensajes promocionales y buen manejo de los materiales promocionales Demostrar una actitud que demuestre un alto índice de optimismo y capacidad de trabajo en equipo, basado en comunicación, confianza (en uno mismo, en sus compañeros y en la organización), compromiso y autocritica/crítica constructiva. Todo esto asociado a la adaptación continúa al cambio. • Aportar en todo momento una imagen altamente profesional en cuanto a integridad y ética, como representante de BMS, cumpliendo siempre el código de conducta de la compañía. Requisitos: Titulación universitaria superior preferiblemente en ciencias de la salud. Inglés (comprensión y escritura) Buen manejo de los distintos canales de comunicación digitales (e-mailing, redes y plataformas locales), así como altos conocimientos de office Conocimiento del mercado farmacéutico hospitalario y entorno sanitario. Mas de 3 años de experiencia previa como delegado de ventas en el mercado de Inmunología . Experiencia en lanzamiento y prelanzamiento de fármacos de uso o dispensación hospitalario. Conocimiento del Producto y la Enfermedad que le capacite para formar/guiar al profesional sanitario. Conocimiento del Mercado, la Industria y Clientes Hospitalarios. Competencias: Winning mindset Orientación a resultados, buena adaptación al cambio. Liderazgo optimista. Analytical capabilities: Capacidad de obtener datos, interpretar y extraer conclusiones objetivas.
