Rattaché(e) à la Responsable du Service, vous aurez en charge de gérer les sinistres d'assurance affinitaire. Vos missions principales : - Réceptionner et enregistrer la déclaration de sinistre - Recueillir les pièces nécessaires au traitement de sinistre et les analyser - Analyser les garanties contractuelles - Déterminer les responsabilités - Instruire les dossiers de demande d'indemnisation et assurer le suivi dans des délais impartis - Echanger avec les professionnels du domaine pour la complétude du dossier - Permanence d'appels de 9h à 17h30, avec planning de roulement par tranche de demi-journée - Procéder à l'indemnisation de l'assuré* * Ces missions sont non exhaustives et peuvent être complétées par d'autres tâches Le profil recherché : Issu d'un  parcours assurantiel ou juridique  et disposant d'une  première expérience professionnelle , vous avez une réelle envie de vous investir sur une formation à nos métiers. Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse et savez organiser votre travail et prioriser vos tâches. Vous êtes rigoureux et attentif aux détails, vous saurez respecter les contraintes de chaque dossier. Capable de prendre des initiatives, vous êtes apte à la prise de décision. Vous appliquez vos compétences afin de rendre un travail qualitatif sur chaque dossier, mais vous savez aussi vous adapter à différents types de volumétrie selon les périodes courant de l'année. Enfin, vous avez une réelle appétence pour la relation client.
