Claimbehandelaar Verzuim en Arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering (32-40 uur) Wat ga je doen als Claimbehandelaar Verzuim en Arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering Ons team Verzuim/Arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering (hierna: AOV) groeit en we zoeken een collega die met lef en empathie het verschil maakt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de verzekerden, ook wanneer het gesprek uitdagend is. Jij zorgt voor duidelijkheid, begeleiding en vertrouwen. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt telefonisch en/of per mail contact met de verzekerden; Je beoordeelt of aanspraak op de verzekering mogelijk is volgens de polisvoorwaarden; Je schakelt experts in zoals arbeidsdeskundigen en medisch adviseurs; Je berekent vergoedingen o.b.v. inkomen of jaaromzet; Je ontzorgt en begeleidt het claimtraject van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig en correct gebeurt samen met jouw collega’s. Wat neem je mee? Als Claimbehandelaar Verzuim/AOV ben jij communicatief vaardig, empathisch, doortastend en accuraat. Verder heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Wat beng jij mee?
