Na Sedgwick Portugal, líder global em soluções para seguradoras, procuramos um Gestor/a de Sinistros para reforçar a nossa equipa de TPA (Third Party Administration). Como será o seu dia a dia? Gestão integral de sinistros, desde a abertura até o encerramento. Coordenação de documentação e resolução de incidentes. Comunicação com seguradoras, clientes e outros stakeholders. Proposta e aplicação de melhorias para reduzir tempos e automatizar tarefas. Colaboração com a equipa para garantir eficiência em grandes volumes de sinistros.   Requisitos: Experiência prévia em processamento de sinistros (indispensável mínimo de 5 anos em Companhias de Seguros ou Mediadores). Conhecimento em otimização de processos e ferramentas digitais. Habilidades interpessoais e capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão. Competência para gerir e motivar equipas. Facilidade na utilização de software de gestão de sinistros. Inglês fluente (escrito e falado).   Ofrecemos Contrato inicial de 6 + 6 meses, com vista a contrato por tempo indeterminado.
